Answer Hello Paul. These are not to hard to replace. You will need to gain access to the control panel to change this part. Once inside there are tabs and wires that will need to be removed. Hope this helps.

Answer Terry, Based on this information it sounds like you have an issue with the temp control 2198202 for the unit and would need to replace it.

Answer Hello Jessica, This can be the cold control (AP3037004) or the defrost timer (AP3110896). The video for this part is a very good learning curve for this repair. Be sure to turn off the power before beginning.

Answer Jeff, The freezer control only operates the damper that is on the left wall at the rear of the refrigerator compartment and allows less or more cold air to come into the refrigerator compartment and keep more or less in the freezer. If the refrigerator thermostat is causing problem then you would only need to replace the cold control for the refrigerator 2198202.

Answer Hello Juan. You need to check and see if there is a clicking noise coming from the compressor area. If so, the relay starter may be bad. Answer Hello Wayne, The Orange and brown connector is for testing the defrost bimetal. The white and yellow wire should connect to the connector in the unit.
