My refrigerator portion will not remain cold enough. The evap fan and condensor fan is working. The compressor runs but seems very hot. The coil in the freezer ices up. I placed a fan near the compressor to help with cooling this did not help. The coils are clean.. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Answer Hello Rex. Based on the information you provided, you will need to test the heater W10140847 and the thermostat 2321800. They should read closed for continuity. If both are good, you will need to replace the defrost control board 2304099. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
