Answer Hello Chuck. It sounds like the condenser fan motor 4387244 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. If the compressor is running, it should be fine on the unit. If the garage is to hot, it is going to be hard for the unit to cool properly. These are made for a location around 75°.

Answer Hello Donald. You will need to check and see if the fan motor 4387244 is running on the unit. If not, and there is power coming to it, you will need to replace the fan motor. Also, make sure the coils under the unit are clean as well on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
