Have a Whirlpool side by side Model #ED25QFXHW01 and when running there is like a vibration noise in the freezer. I have applied a little pressure on the back panel in the freezer and it will stop. Soon as I remove the pressure the noise comes back. Watched you good video on a motor replacement but not sure if that is the problem/vibration. Since our food is in there i will be pressed to do an expedient job. You may have experience with this problem before that is why i am asking the experts. Unit made in 2000 and not sure life it has left? Noise, however is aggravating. in the kitchen. Something is loose or touching/vibrating. Not sure of anything i will need. Thank You.

I purchased a condensor motor for this Kitchen Aide refer and when I recieved it the voltage rated on the back plate is rated 220v. The motor I removed is an Emerson Model FA33BMJTT-4220 part #2176336 and is rated at 110v. I contacted your site to see if I could get a motor rated for 110v but the motor your site reccommends is the same part # of the one I got from another vendor. The part # is 4387244 And the number on the new motor is 5KSM81FFL0074. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. I am concerned that if I install this moror that not being rated the same the unit will not operate for long and would overheat.

My side-by-side kept in my Texas garage stopped cooling/freezing and developed high heat in the fridge/freezer wall. Moderate heat had been there for years. A repairman offered to repair it for $500.00. He also told me he found a piece of plastic blocking the condenser fan it would run but slow - had probably been that way since repaired 5 years ago. He checked the compressor with a mulitmeter and said it was good. I cleaned the coils etc. and left the unit unplugged a night. When I plugged it back in I could hear some lightly rattly fan noise but the unit cooled like an igloo! One week latter it is hot again. The fan is wobbly on it's shaft but still turning. I set up a floor fan to draw the air off the coils and it helped but it is still not freezing like last week. I have 2 questions for you (finally) do you think it is just the fan or could there be an issue with the compressor, relay...? And, my fan has 4 wires coming off the plug - is AP3108246 the motor for the fan? Thanks

I was wondering if you can help me with this refrigerator's condenser fan? The wall between this side by side fridge gets very hot. So hot that the door of the fridge is hot. Temperature of both fridge and freezer is good but it appears to be running non stop. I have done some research and it means the condenser fan is the problem. This is what I have found out, how would I test or does this just need to be replaced?

The refrigerator started making a noise it sounded like a fan bearing going out and then it quit. Now it's not getting as cold.
