The upper unit digital display/timer sometimes will not cut off when you touch the off button. The lower unit works fine. The upper will cut on and run the preset time if you operate the upper unit, but again, does not always cut off. I've unplugged the unit and it did cut off for a while using the touchpad, but now it has resumed not cutting off unless we unplug the unit or shut off the breaker. Does this mean that I need a new touchpad or is there a way to reset the touchpad?

The timer on the upper unit keeps clicking and counting down. Both the bottom and top units still dry. The timer for the top unit does not seem to stop resetting.

Some of the lights on our display do not work. It appears that all buttons function fine however the lights that correspond to the temperature setting and cycle settings (Sensor, Time, Wrinkle, Air Fluff) do not light up. Is this an issue with the control board or membrane? Thanks!

On the lower unit the button to start the dryer you have to take your thumb nail and move around the button to get it started. Is that the control panel or the logic board going out.

I'm having trouble starting the lower unit, When we push the start button sometimes it will start and others times you have to use your finger nail and move it across the entire button until you find a place it will start. Would that be the logic board or the console?

Recently the entire control panel went out for both the upper and the lower dryer. I was advised to replace the Logic board. I did so and now the upper dryer works but the lower dryer is reading and error message 8. I noticed that the green signal tape that connects to the Logic board had a good ding to the copper lines, but I continued installation anyway. When I select time dry, the display reads 45 minutes and allows me to select other options, but when I hit start the dryer will not come on. Whats my next step? Do I need to replace the Console? And do I need to replace the green signal tape? Thank You Barry
