My freezer will not cool down past 10% and seems to run a lot more lately.

Answer Ray, Is the refrigerator compartment working and cooling properly ? Have you checked and cleaned the condenser coil and fan inside the compressor compartment on the back of the refrigerator. Also check and make sure the damper control knob on the air tunnel in the freezer hasn't been accidentally moved to a warmer setting, and the thermal bulb and mass 63001358 did not get knocked out of position on the control panel assembly.
Have a leake at the base of the unit over the floor. Dont know if is front the inside or outside of the unit.

Answer Hello Angel,
It sounds like you may have a clogged drain line causing the leaking issue. You will want to remove the rear cover of the freezer compartment and check under the evaporator for ice build up. If there is ice build up you will need to clear the ice and pour hot water down drain until if flows freely. If this area is clear then you will want to remove the controls in the refrigerator compartment to check to see if there is a drain cup that may be clogged. If there is you will need to clear the clog.
I just replace this control and I am still having issues with items in my fridge freezing on the lowest setting. Any idea?

Answer Hello Ricky. Make sure the control 63001358 is installed properly, with the temp sensor under the panel in the back. If so, check and see if the damper in the air tunnel in the freezer is not broke. If so, or if the freezer is set high, it will cause the problem your having. Hope this helps.
