Hi, when I start my dishwasher, the clean light AND the cancel light, light up and stay on constantly.The dishwasher does start up, but never fills with water (I do see a small amount in the base). After a couple of minutes the washer stops with the clean and the cancel light on. Is this a control board problem ?? Thanks John

Answer Hello John. You need to check and see if there is some buttons stuck on the switch board 9743241 on the unit. This will cause the issue you are having with the unit.

When any of the cycle buttons are pushed, the dishwasher's display lights but the dishwasher does nothing. After the usual amount of time it takes to complete the cycle, the display light turns off. I tried pushing the "Normal" cycle button, waited a few minutes, then pushed the "Cancel" button. The dishwasher does nothing; but after pushing the "Cancel" button, a few minutes later the display light turns off (as though the dishwasher has completed canceling the cycle). Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Answer Hello Dan, You need to check that nothing is holding the float switch in the up or raised position. If this is good, check the electrical connections to the water inlet valve. You should be reading 120Vac. If so and the unit is still not filling with water, replace the water inlet valve 3374621. Locate the tech sheet on the appliance and it will help more than I can help.

Answer Hello Jodi. If some buttons work and others do not, you will need to order and replace the control panel on the unit.

Answer Hello Howard. Make sure all connection coming from the switch to the board are good. If so, the part you are needing 3374760, has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part.

My dishwasher was in mid cycle and stopped. Water in bottom, and no lights show up on the control panel. Tried breaker. Tried unlocking it, but still no lights and not working. Did smell a burning.

Answer Hello Michelle. You will need to test and see if the thermal fuse 675813 is bad in the unit and needs to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
