How do I remove the control box cover?

There will be 3 or 4 screws that go through the control box straight up, threading into the ceiling of the fresh food compartment. They should be either Phillips head or 1/4 inch hex.
Where can I locate the Defrost Timer and the thermostat in inder to replace them.
