The freezer is cold, but the refrigerator is warm. The damper in the refrigerator moves as I change the temperature setting for the refrigerator, but cold air never comes out of the opening in the refrigerator.
Any ideas?

Answer Tim, Roll the freezer drawer out as far as possible and check for a frost or ice build up on the back wall of the freezer, you may have a defrost issue. Another thing to check is the evaporator fan motor W10128551 , it moves the air through the freezer and up into the fresh food compartment, and remove the crisper drawers in the refrigerator, and check the air return tunnels in the bottom corners of the compartment for blockage or ice. Of course you're also going to check and make sure all the doors close and seal all the way around the opening. Thanks and Good Luck
The freezer is working fine and stay on the 0 but the refrigerator is getting too cold.I did notes the damper door is stay open all the time, the refrigerator set for 38, also when i toach on the side of damper door unit then it will closed damper door.

Answer Surinder, You have a "sticky" auto damper, great diagnosis, there are two different damper assemblies depending on the first two numbers of your serial number on the unit. If your serial number starts with 10 you will need 67003903 If your serial number starts with 11 or higher W10196393 is the damper assembly you will need. You'll be fine once you get that control replaced. Thanks and Good Luck
