Broken parts at the door to the washer and setting adjustment knob at the dryer

My Repair & Advice
I unscrewed the broken part on the washer and replaced it with a new one, and slipped the adjustment knob on the dryer.
The next question calls for tools used. The tool required was a star driver to get the old handle off of the washer and no tools required to install the knob on the dryer, and this tool is not on the list. It should be because it is an unusual tool that most people will not have and ther are several sizes to choose from so be ready for that. I am going to call it a screwdriver as OTHER is not accepted as an item, I'm doing this only for the purpose of getting this to send.
