Ok I finally got the problem fixed after some very close inspection with a flashlight. I noticed the P3 jumper on the brand new touch panel was attached to pin 1 only and in an open condtion. Then I looked at the old touch panel and that same jumper was jumping pin 1 and 2. I put the jumper in the proper place and waH-la! no more fan running. YES! everything now is full operational. That pesky jumper looked like it was in the right spot, but it wasnt. I just wanted to share the find, as others may come across this same problem someday. Thanks!

Well I did every like directed above. I check the alignment of all connectors and terminals and everything is where it should be. I know this because I took pictures of all the wires and connector orientation with my cameraphone before Ii unplugged anything in its original state. I checked to besure the ovenlight and cooling fan wires(brown) arent crossed. Oven light operates as it should. and fan wire when manually disconnected disables the fan all together (as it should). Then I checked the resistance to the oven temp sensor which read 1075 ohms @ room temp, and then 1350 and 200 degrees. Oven temp registers and rises on the display as it should. so that not the problem. This whole thing is leaving me scratching my head. as there are no error codes. Just the fan allways comes on along with a relay constantly triggering every minute or so as the oven heats up. I have 2 new relay board here and have swaped them out with no success. Please advise what I can check next.

I have installed a new control panel and the control board (part # AP4089341) but now the cooling fan will not shut off.It is constantly running even when the oven is not being used. Could this be a defect in one of the parts? There are no error codes.Just the fan not shutting off?Have tried replacing the relay board (AP4095668 ) and the problem still exists when the new board is installed.
