Where can I find my model number?

On my control panel, only some touchkeys work. It started that only a few numbers would work but the bake button worked. Now no numbers or bake work. Only the fan button and timer button seem to work. Do I need the control panel, part #PS2083473 and if so, does that come with the touchpad included and all wiring inside?? thanks for your help

Answer Hello Anne, the touch pad is part of the control panel assembly 74005746 and includes a ribbon connector in the back that connects to the control or clock. The control panel is likely to correct the issue. If you decide you want the clock also, we would need your serial number as three different clocks were used. Hope this helps!

I was using the oven on bake at 350 when the broil element came on . When I pushed cancel it would not shut off. It showed codes F1-F7. I shut off the breaker and allowed it to cool a short time when I turned the breaker back on the broil element came on again and still would not shutoff by using the cancel button. What do you think?

Answer Hello Jim, The fault code F1 indicates a bad ERC, (electronic range control) and the F7 indicates a stuck button on the ERC. Both of these fault codes are pointing at the clock assembly 74007225, so I would say that it's a safe bet that it has failed.

I have been having a problem with the keypad for the past couple of years. It seems that the numbers like 345890 didnt work and it got progressively wore over a four year period. Now I have a fault code of F1 - F7 and nothing works. What needs to be replaced? I disconnected the power and I still get the same codes.
