Our oven sometimes beeps and shows error code F-2, E-6. We press just about all the keypad buttons and nothing happens immediately. In a short time the clock is displayed and everything works again - for a day or so and the error code repeats. I saw a similar question/answer on this web site re. error code F-2, E-6 but it was for a different model. With Thanksgiving looming and guest coming I need to get this fixed. Please advise what parts I need. Thanks.

Latest Questions

One morning the oven started beeping, similar to a battery going dead on a smoke alarm. I didn't know what it was at first. Then, I noticed the time on my over was off. If you hit any of the buttons on the panel, you will hear a beep (like it's working). However, the oven will not turn on and the time will not show. up Do I need to order Part # 4451967 (Console)? Will that do the trick or do I need to replace the whole control board? I can't seem to find a control board available online anywhere though. Thanks!

It looks like the control board is a part of the control panel. This is a new control panel? I bought it a week ago. Should I return it?

I confirmed that I have a firm connection. I did notice this time that a part that I believe is the oven thermal fuse has a small burn spot on the plastic cover. When I try to find the part on your site, it looks like part # AP3110028, although when I put the oven model # RBD275PDQ11 in the compatibility tool, it says this part is not compatible with my oven. When I search for oven thermal fuses for my oven, none of the fuses in the list displayed remotely looks like the part I have. The part I have says: MICROTEMP KKLAFN G4A01 RU (backwards R) TP 1100 Prior to shutting the power off to the oven, the display was blank. When I turned the power back on to the oven, the display showed PF and the time. I reset the time, the PF went away. When I tried to start the oven, the display showed all 8888s, then went blank. When I press the off button the time comes back.
