Cannot increase the temperature of the oven. When pressing the up arrow to increase temperature there are not audible beeps and readout does not change from default setting (350). I can decrease the temperature below the default setting but can't increase above 350 degrees. Is there a way to tell if this is a keypad problem or control board problem?

I have a double whirlpool built-in oven. 30", upper self clean, lower std clean. The control panel will be blank, but I can push the buttons and get beeps. sometimes it beeps intermittently. Also, comes back on randomly.

We replaced the front panel with another one just like the one we had. It is giving us the F2-EO code. We cannot get the ribbon cable to stay connected.

Latest Questions

Everything works except the off button. When I flip the breaker off and back on it will turn the oven off until I turn the stove on again. I had the control panel rebuilt for a different problem but the off button wasn't working at that time either. Rebuilding the panel fixed the other problem but not the off problem. Is there a way to test the membrane switch with an ohm meter?

Everything seems to be working with the oven except the off button will not turn off the oven. Does it need the membrane panel or the circuit board?

Our oven control panel will sometimes go blank and not work, this does not happen all the time. Do you have any idea what we can do to fix this? Thanks for your time.
