Answer Hello Charles. Check and make sure there is 240 volts coming to the unit and that there is no burnt wires on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello TC. Based on the error code you provided, it is for "Keypad keytail not connected". You will need to 1. Check keypad connector for firm connection. 2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 sec., replace keypad 8300450. 3. Replace control 8186024. Hope this helps.

Answer Hi Marty. The fault code description mentions to replace the keyboard if you already pressed cancel and the code returned. It also states that if the keyboard is embedded on the board you will have to replace the control board. For your model number you will want to order part # 8300450. The keyboard is not sold separate for the control panel assembly, but the control board is sold separate part #8302994. Hope this helps!
