Answer Hello Keith, part# 8300533 is the whole front panel with the membrane switch but it does not include the control board 8302967. Thanks!

Answer Hello Michael. Check and make sure the ribbon cable is seated properly to the control board. If so, you will need to replace the control board W10406070. Hope this helps.
