Answer Hello Zack, This sounds like a sealed system issue to me. You have either lost freon or there is a sealed system restriction which is not allowing freon circulation within the sealed system. The rear wall of the freezer compartment should be removed. The frost pattern on the evaporator coils should cover most of the coils. If there is an ice ball at the top, you have a freon loss and repair may not be financially feasible.
