For WHIRLPOOL Conversion (Part Number: AP4364998) $ different parts? Do the parts listed convert this portable unit into a fixed water line hookup only? I assume the electrical ac plug existing on the unit is what I would use for power and the conversion kit does not connect the unit to a direct electrical box. Just plug into ac outlet as before. Is that correct?

Answer Hi Foster. This Conversion kit part # 6-920543 is designed to allow 2-major installation issues to be dealt with. The top and side adapter mount panels are for adhering the unit tight to the cabinet once it level. Then you connect the electrical cord to the junction box so then you can use a house dishwasher designated outlet in the wall behind the dishwasher. There is no plumbing drain or water supply hose as thew drain hose is normally supplied with the unit. These stainless steel water supply hose is part # TJ10SS72DW. Thank You.
