Answer Marsha, depending on the model, the model/serial tag can be in several places. Look inside the cooktop if the cooktop lifts up. Also, check the front frame when you open the broiler drawer. Check inside the oven door too, looking all around the door frame and front frame. Hope this helps!

Answer Hello Joe! You will need to purchase the orifice tube assembly part number 5787D105-60 for the left side and 5787D104-60 for the right hand side. To convert it you will need to: 1.
