Answer Hello Cindyjkb! Unfortunately, the flip tines for the top rack have been discontinued and are no longer available for purchase. The door handle comes with the latch assembly in a kit as part number W10130694. Thanks!

Answer Hello Bentley! Yes, for the lower rack flip tines you will need to order the convertible tine kit 12002750 to obtain the two tines and the clips. Unfortunately, the original upper rack tines are no longer available and the manufacturer has supplied bad replacements which will not work on your appliance. Thank you for your inquiry.

This unit is about 6 years old. Works great, but parts need replacing. Need flip tines for both dishracks (upper and lower). Don't see the parts on the website. The flip tines kit shown does not match my current parts. Please advise.

Answer Hello Bill! The tines listed for the middle rack have been discontinued with no replacements available. For the upper rack use 99003496 for the right and left side tines. For the fold away tine pivot use 99002709 and for the fold away tine latch use part number 99002710. Thanks!
