Answer Hi Navaporn. You can use towels to protect the countertop. You can remove the power from the unit(shut off the breaker). Then look under the counter up at the underside of the counter. See if there is any clamps securing the underside of the cooktop. Gently lift the old one out and disconnect the power cord from the unit. The new unit you choose will have installation instructions.
