Will not stay balanced. Tub feels like bearings or bushings are bad at the base of the tub. What needs to be replaced ?
Answer Garry, first check and make sure the washer is properly leveled and the legs are locked. Raise the top panel and check the suspension rod joints for excess wear or stiffness. If you pinpoint the issue to the tub bearings in the center of the outer tub you will need to replace them with the bearing and seal kit W10435302 and you'll need the removal/installation tool W10447783
Everytime my washer gets to the last spin cycle, my washer goes nuts. I stop it and rearrange the clothes, but nothing I do helps. I just can't take it no more and need to know what causes it. Please help. Thank you. Donna.
Answer Hi Donna . Use a putty knife to release the top hold down clips on the top corners of the front panel. Use grease lightly to install the new suspension rods on the inner corners of the top frame assembly. The part # is W10189077. This should help. Make sure that the unit is level and the leg nuts are locked tightly up against the base. Thank you.
