What method do I use to unsnap the front from the drawer? Do I pry with a putty knife? Do I start at the bottom or the top or the sides? Do I have to remove the two plastic caps first? If you could be a little more specific it would really help. Thanks.

Answer Doug, The important part is to be careful, you don't want to crack or break anything. Asmall flat blade screw driver works very well when un snapping the cover tabs from the bin assembly. Your best bet is to start at the top, and work work the cover off at the bottom. Thanks and Good Luck.
