Answer Hello Gerard. You will want to alternate between cube and crushed several times pushing the lever after each switch. When you have done this about six or seven times, on the last one just hit the lever just long enough to activate motor then release. This will loosen ice that is jamming and should be easier to get off.

Answer Hello Kiran. You will need to check and see if the flapper inside the dispenser is broken and staying open. If so you will need to replace the dispenser repair kit 8201756. Hope this helps.

Answer Kiran, You need to check for two(2) things, First , make sure the ice chute door flapper is closinfg and sealing against the dispenser opening. Second, check and make sure the icemaker mold is not overfilling, and dripping into the ice bin. Thanks and Good Luck.
