Answer Hello Debra. You will need to unplug the heater and test and see which wire is dead. Then, trace the wire and see where you are loosing power at and replace that part. Be careful as you are dealing with live power here. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello Bob. You need to check and see if the cycling thermostat is bad or if the heater is grounded and needs to be replaced in the unit.

Answer Hello Bob. You test it with the multi-meter. You disconnect the vent and insert the temp probe into the vent pipe and see if the temperature goes up and then back down. and continues this cycle.

Answer Hello Joe. If the dryer runs for 10 to 15 minutes and then shuts off, and does not start again until it has cooled down, you may have a bad motor on the dryer and the motor 279811 will need to be replaced.
