Location and how to unplug freezer drain pipe?
In order to clear the drain you will need to remove all the product from the freezer and remove the rear panel that covers the evaporator coils. Clean all the ice out of the drain trough. You will then want to run hot water into the trough to try to clear the ice that is in the drain. When the unit starts draining then you will want to install part number 819043 which will help to keep the drain from freezing again.
Water is draining from the right side of the diffuser. Is there a problem with the diffuser?
Answer Hello Kelli. The diffuser is used to simply divert air. There is a good chance the water is coming from the freezer cavity of your unit. The water is likely from the defrost cycle of your unit and then dripping down into the fridge. To discern the source, you may want to remove the cover on the back wall of your freezer section and make sure it is not iced over. I hope this info helps!
