Answer Hello Ramos. If the diffuser is not closing all the way, and things are freezing in the fresh food side, you will need to replace the diffuser 2209755. Make sure the freezer is only running around 0° in the unit.

Answer Hi Cary. Its important that you send the exact model # so we can advise of the correct part #'s needed. All fans should run along with compressor running. Is there a damper diffuser opening? In a side x side the damper opening is on the left rear corner that opened and closes per your units needs. If the motor froze and the damper will not open, then replace it. Thank You.

Unplug the unit for 3-4 hours to allowthis to melt off. If error code persists, call Customer Service. For remaining error codes, try unplugging the unit for a couple ofminutes to reset the unit. Answer Hello Jorge. You will need to look for a defrost problem. If there is frost build up on the back wall inside the freezer, you will need to test the heater 2323198 and the thermostat. They should read closed for continuity when cold. If they are good, you will need to replace the defrost timer 4388932. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello Steve. You will need to check the condenser coils and make sure they are clean and the condenser fan motor is running properly. If not, it can cause the problems your having. Hope this helps.
