Answer Raymond, You will want to check the vent down by the upper drawer in the refrigerator compartment to see if it is full of ice. If so it will need to be cleared and it would also be caused by moisture getting into the refrigerator compartment. Check for bad seal or air migration.

Answer Hello Larry, To remove the diffuser you will remove the screw on the cover of the diffuser. Once this is removed then you will open the freezer door. Take the door off the icemaker cover. Under the icemaker there is a 1/4" screw to remove. Once removed then take the cover off the wire harness this is where you just took the screw out. Push in on flapper and pull the icemaker out. Remove the 2 screws holding the air duct on the ceiling out. Once this is done pull out the air duct. There will be a clip on each corner of the air duct. Push them toward the center of the diffuser and pull out of other side. Reinstall in reverse.

Answer Mando, you want to check the air return tunnel on the side of the refrigerator wall, make sure its not blocked by a package or something similar, or has collapsed on the inside. A model number would've been a big help, we could have been a bit more helpful. Check and make sure you don't have a defrost issue (heavy frost or ice on the back wall of the freezer compartment.

Answer Hello Jim. I think your problem will be solved by replacing the diffuser assembly. I think the issue is associated with the sensor on the diffuser assembly W10128734. I hope this helps solve your issue and have a great day!
