I have the admiral dishwasher model DDB150AWW . It seems that the handle is broke. It just flops very loosley. Has no response when trying to engage the handle. I think I have found the part. Answer Larry, To replace the door latch assembly W10130697 there are no seals that you have to replace. You would remove the screws from around the perimeter of the inner door and lift the inner door. There will be a screw holding the latch assembly in place that you would remove and then pull the latch assembly out. Make sure that power is off to the unit when doing this. Remove the wires from the assembly and attach to new latch and put in place and put screw back in and liner back on.

The Door Latch is broken with the door locked. When pressing on Door Open Latch it does not move any mechanism, it dust floats. If the door won't open I can not remove the Dishwasher from under the counter either.

I have the SS KitchenAid dishwasher. The detergent door does not latch - it appears that the blue thing that holds it is missing a spring. If you force it to close, it does not open during washing. I bought and installed the door latch assembly to address a probelm with a broken handle lever. Now the door closes and opens OK but the dishwasher won't run. The lights on the control panel come on but it does not fill or run through a cycle. What do you suggest? Thanks for your help.
