Answer Hello Mike, Unfortunately we do no have instructions on how to assembly dishwasher rack. The components are all snap in place parts and should be easily removed from old and put on new.

Answer Hello Jim! Yes, the upper dishrack 3369903 has been redesigned by Whirlpool, who manufactured the unit you own. It is a new part. We do not sell refurbished dishwasher racks. It is possible this replacement may look different than the original one in appearance, but it is now what's being furnished by the manufacturer as a functional equivalent to the original. Thanks!

Answer Hi Leanne. You either twist and lock in place or insert one side to the center side rail and pry/pop the other side in place. You can use some cooking oil to lube the area first. They are difficult at best, They obviously need to stay tight. You may need to use a screwdriver to carefully bend the opposite side to get the one side in. Good luck. Thank You.
