When I press the ice dispenser lever, the shute opens but no ice comes out. The motor makes no noise. I have taken the ice bin out and tried it. The motor does not try to turn. Thank you.

I have a Jenn-Air electric double oven. In the last few years I've repaired and replaced parts. Both lower and main oven boards, both oven sensors and upper oven element have been replaced. Problem I'm having now is the cooling fan at times shuts off and on then sometimes stays off then the oven over heats and shuts down with the error code. The error code tells me bad oven sensors but I'm sure it's because of the fan going off and on then staying off. Most commonly happens when both ovens are on (Of course on Thanksgiving Day) or when we turn on the broiler. A few times it happened with just the upper oven on. I clamped my volt meter on the cooling fan leads at the mother board and the voltage was dropping in and out. Seems like the fan is OK. Does this sound like a bad board? I replaced it 2 years ago. Just wanted to make sure before I spend another couple hundred bucks on another board. Thanks for the help. Joe
