The refrigerator door will not close by itself without pushing it closed the last 1/2 inch or so. Also, the refrigerator door is 1/2 inch lower than freezer door. Should I replace the lower cam? Is there an upper cam that needs replaced also, I did not see it on the website. Thanks!

My right hand side door (fresh food) is not closing properly. It seems like there is no suction between gasket and metal part. The door is also hanging 1/2 inch lower than freezer door which is opposite on what it shows on manual, do you think replacing door cam both upper and lower will help if so which part do i need? Appreciate your help, SM

My fridge door will not close all the way - looks like the door cam is worn. I am going to buy part #AP3046922 which is the door cam (upper) but it looks like there is another cam attached to the hinge (lower) but I cannot find where this is for sale - this also looks worn. Can you please help with a part number.

My fridge door is not closing all the way on the bottom. We've replaced the gasket and that did not make a difference. I'm thinking the cam is the next thing to try. Do you agree?
