4318165 door kit has different cams in the kit and i also see that the different cams has number on the black body.Do i match that number with the old cam number and use that ones?

The cam that has the post on it is if the old one had one that went up into the door. If not then you would just need to use the flat ones. 2 upper and 2 lower. The cam kit instructions will tell you which part number is upper and lower.
Will I need to tap the screw holes on my fridge if I buy this kit?

No the screw holes will not have to be tapped in order to install the closer kit .
