Disconnect power supply to unit. 2. Remove Boot retainer spring. 3. Remove boot retainer wire from groove. 4. Pull boot over lip on Front Panel.

Answer Hello Marco. To replace the boot 34001118, 1. Disconnect power supply to unit. 2. Remove Boot retainer spring. 3. Remove boot retainer wire from groove. 4. Pull boot over lip on Front Panel. 5. Remove the clamp from the back of the boot and remove the boot from the tub assembly. 6. Reinstall in reverse order with the new boot assembly. Answer Stacy Jo, No, I would not think you'll need any additional parts to replace the torn boot on your washer. As long as you're careful and don't over stretch the spring on the outer boot clamp on the door opening. Thanks and good Luck

Answer Jenifer, No, not at all. You do need to check and make sure it is not torn or damaged. You do need to make sure the washer is not overfilling, due to debris in the air dome hose or sticky fill valve. Make sure you're using an "HE" detergent and the proper amount. Sudsing has a tendency to leak out the bottom of the door. Also, remove the dispenser drawer assembly and check the bottom of the dispenser for clogs, debris, etc. and that the drawer closes properly and is clean as well. Thanks and Good Luck.
