Doe the refrigerator door gasket, part number 2159073 screw into the door frame or snap into the door frame?
Jim for Model Number 1065828290
Answer Hello Jim. This gasket slides between the inner liner and the frame, and snaps into place. Hope this helps.

Is the refrigerator door gasket something that a "layman" can replace?
Would I need other related parts or special tools to do this replacement?
Thank you.
Alan for Model Number KSRS22QDWH02
Answer Hello Alan. You will need to remove the old gasket. Then start at the corners and slide the plastic guides between the door liner and the door frame. Start at the corners and work your way around the unit. You may need to use a hair dryer to heat and form the gasket to the frame. Be careful and don't melt the new door gasket 2159073. Hope this helps.
IS THIS WHAT KEEPS THE DOOR SHUT
Sam for Model Number KSRU22FKBTO1
Answer Sam, If you mean is this part that maintains the seal on the door, then yes it does. The part that "closes" the door, is actually the door lower closure cam kit 4318165 . Thanks and Good Luck.
