how do you check to see if ap3135340 door switch is working properly it does not click the light burned out dryer doesnt start but lights on console cycles come on

Answer DJ, You will need to access the door switch, remove the wires and check the switch circuit. You also want to check and make sure, the door closes tightly and is evenly closed all the way around the opening, also check and make sure the top and bottom door catches are holding the door closed 279570.
