Answer Hello Lealon. Based on the information you provided, you just need to order and replace the pump and motor assembly on the unit. There is no special tools needed, and it is best to lean the washer back, use a block to support it and remove the pump from the bottom of the unit with the power and water disconnected.

Answer Hello Tony. Test for power to the pump. If there is power there, and the pump does not drain, replace the pump 285990. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello RK. You do not need to remove the panel, you replace the pump 285990 through the bottom of the unit, not the top. Lean the washer back and look from under the bottom and you will see the pump.

Answer Angie, You're on track. A clogged or defective drain pump, could create the "OB" or "LD" error codes, and will need to be checked for articles stuck in the tub to pump hose 8054944 and 8054988 the pump itselft could be clogged as well. If all's OK, replace the drain pump 285990. Thanks

Answer Hello Russ. The pump and motor assembly 285990 is not to hard to replace. Just lean the washer backwards and remove the bolts, hoses and wires going to the old pump and install the new pump and motor assembly.
