Washer is not draining. I opened the back and checked for a clogg and there was nothing. When it it is on spin there is a humming noise. I am going to replace the pump assembly Do I need the bracket or can I use the one on the old assembly?

Answer Hello Javier. Check the pump and drain hoses and see if they are clogged. If all is clear, test and make sure you have power coming to the pump. If power is there, replace the pump.

The drain pump for my washer has stopped working. Where the wires connect the drain pump motor was burned and broke when I unplugged it. Do you sell a new harness for that application?

Answer Hello Dave. If there is no clogs, and the pump is running, you have a bad drain pump and will need to replace it on the unit.

Washer works great untill it hits the spin cycle, tries a couple of spins then stops giving a code uC, which leads me to the wet clothes of trouble shooting. Will not perform quick spin test with- out giving uC code. Which then leads me to the tube displacement sensor. There is no access panel on back and can't figure out how to get the top up to check for loose or broken wires. Then I get on line and eveything seems to point to the drain pump. How to I open the cabinet up to check for the simple things first i.e. brooken or loose wire? Hate to buy new drain pump and its the tub displacement sensor, ect..... Any suggestions. Multiple questions, I know, thank you.

Answer Hello Larry, To get the top up on the unit you would use a putty knife inbetween the cabinet and main top and depress clip on either side. This will release the main top and you can lift it. To remove the front panel there will be 2 - 5/16" hex screws holding front panel in place.

Answer Hello Andy, There will always be water in the outer tub of unit. This is for all models. Also your inner tub has water that is in the body of the tub which will make you think that it is holding water. When you turn the tub you should hear water. You can check to make sure that your drain is not clogged but it should sound like water in the tub.
