Is the felt replaceable to to drum back? Ours have come loose and it's making a rubbing sound.

The drum seals are adhered to the drum W10296563 at the factory and I'm sorry but, they are not available separately.
Is the felt hooked onto the drum back?

The felt is adhered to the rear of the dryer drum. It only rides against the drum back.
