How do install new cylinder drum rollers?

Answer First disconnect the power to the unit. You will need to raise the top of the dryer, and remove the screws holding the front panel in place. Unplug the door switch and remove the front panel. Next remove the front shroud holding the drum in place. Pull the drum forward, just a little, where the drum will drop down to access the rollers. Remove the clip from the roller shaft and install the new roller. Reassemble in reverse order. Hope this helps.

I purchased new rollers and brackets. Do the bushings of the wheels need lube and if so, what kind?

Answer Hello Oldgramps2. No, you do not need to apply lube to the rollers. The bearings are already impregnated with oil. Hope this helps.

I have replaced the idler tension roller but the drum slips with heavy loads and the belt is in position right. what the better thing to do next.

Answer Pop, Check, clean and lube the drum rollers and roller shafts with dry lubricant and replace the belt 40111201.Check and make sure the motor mount bracket and motor mount clips are not bent, loose or distorted. Also check and make sure the washer is draining(less than 90 seconds) and reaching a high speed spin, also make sure the dryer is not being overloaded.
