Are the dryer drum glides sold in a set or individually?

I replaced the Drum Glides, however when I put it all back together, it seems like the drum is fairly tight or shall I say too tight. It turns, but takes effort. If I leave the front bulkhead off and turn the drum, it is rotating freely. There was adhesive tape that was under the original glides, which I left on and wonder if I should have removed it.

The dryer was making a horrible noise. We realized that the drum started to wear through the metal on the front of the dryer not the door. After looking at your site I took the front off and say that the front bearing/plastic was broken. Before I took everything off I could actually push the drum backwards. So I was wondering if I should get front bearing rear and the felt with guide. Anything else? Thanks.
