AP4048636 thermal fuse has no continuity. Heater element and all other sensors do. Is that comon for this machine, or is there normaly other bad compontes?

Had an older dryer. Stopped blowing hot air. Replaced plastic like part that was easy to get to on the back. Same problem with this dryer. Still blowing no heat. Flame starts and still no heat. Please advise.

When the the gas ignites and the flame starts, it immediately shuts off, and then it goes through it again and shuts off. What could be the problem?
