Answer Hello Luella. If the arm is down on the icemaker and it does not cycle, you will need to replace the icemaker 4317943. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Paul. Based on the information you provided, it does sound like the water valve W10245167 is leaking or overfilling the icemaker and needs to be replaced. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Darlene. You will need to check and make sure the fill tube is not froze. If so, you will need to thaw it and replace the water valve W10408179. If it is clear, you will need to cycle the icemaker and see if there is voltage coming to the water valve. If so, you will need to replace the water valve. If no voltage is present, you will need to replace the icemaker. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DM1. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
