Answer Hello Myla. Continuous fill of 12 minutes. Total fill of 14 minutes. If the unit is not bringing in water, you need to make sure the screens are not clogged and if not, replace the valve. If it brings in water, but does not fill, look for a siphoning issue with the unit.

Washer works through wash cycle, rinse and when it gets to 9 min. (spin cycle) the pump starts to hum and will not drain. There is no code displayed, and door remains locked. Model #MAH6700AWW, serial #11038983GR. Any idea?

Answer Joe, You will want to check the impeller of the drain pump for broken impeller and check to make sure that there are no clogs in the pump or the lines from the tub to the drain of your home. If the drain checks ok then you would want to replace the pump.

The washer has been working fine until recently. It washes rinses and drains but will not spin. It makes a little noise like it wants to start but won’t. It does not display any codes. I did put it in test mode and it will spin but not in regular wash cycle. What is probable cause? Thanks, Joe

Answer Joe, Based on your post information, you're on track, the glitch would be in the main control board. Make sure you use the serial number of the washer in order to receive the proper control board, there are several based on the version of machine you have.
