I have no power to washer. Cord and outlet are ok, is there a fuse?
There is not a fuse in the unit but you will want to check the power through the noise filter that the power cord goes to. Check for 120 vac at the filter where it goes into the filter and where the wires to the control board come out. If there is power in but not out then the filter is bad and would need to be replaced. The part number for the filter is W10367632.
My washer worked fine yesterday, however my daughter pushed the pause/cancel button mid wash cycle and tried to open the door. We then resumed the cycle by pressing the start button again, this morning tried washing a new load and got a F-01 error code...can you explain how or why this would happen and possible solutions?
Answer Harmony, It may just be a coincidence " F 01- EEPROM ERROR - A communication error between the Central Control Unit (CCU) and the EEPROM onboard the CCU occurred. Possible Causes/Procedure ¦ A power glitch may cause this error. – Unplug washer or disconnect power for two minutes.- The pump driver fails to activate. Possible Causes/Procedure ¦ Replace CCU board. One of the main relays is not working properly." W10205839. Had the door lock been damaged if you forced the door open, you should have gotten an F 22 error code.
