My oven temp will not heat up past 325 degrees . This takes one hour to get to 325. If I put the temp on any other temp it never gets there. I checked the temp senor and that checked out right with the ohms.

I had a power blip during a lighting storm, close strike, noticed small amount of smoke from back of range. Oven will not work, no displays on control panel, no clock, temp.,etc. Gas burners on top will spark and light and operate fine. Any ideas? ANSWER Hello John. Look for bad wiring. If none is found, replace the control board on the unit. Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com Thursday, November 07, 2013 I replaced control board I purchased from your company . Everything works, clock, shows on, everything on the digital read out panel. The oven will not light, it goes to pre heat, but no heat & I can't hear a spark. Top burners will light with spark and seem to work fine.

Does the clock assembly need replaced since the clock still works? Also, my oven doesn't always light on the first try. Sometimes it lights the first time, and at other times, it may take 10-15 times before it lights. During bake cycle, it also clicks several times trying to light to maintain the temperature, like when lighting oven for the first time, it sometimes does not relight. Could it be the igniter or possibly the gas valve?
