Answer Hello Al. If the display is getting dimmer it does sound like the electronic control is going bad. The electronic control is the brains of the oven and could be causing the other problems you experiencing. If you replaced the probe and are still having issues then the next step would be replacing the electronic control. Part number 71001799 is the correct erc for your model. Hope this helps.

Answer WSH, Unfortunately the manufacturer did discontinue the clock assembly with no replacements available.

Answer Hello Dave. You will need to order part numbers 71001799 and 71002300 to repair the unit. The control board will repair the display and the panel will repair the numbers not working.

Answer Jeremy, Hopefully it's only a tripped breaker due to the loose wires to the element. The top burner elements ans switches are a direct line to the terminal block, and not associated to the relay board 12001691 or oven control 71001799, so reset the breakers/fuses and recheck for 220-240 VAC to the range outlet and terminal block of the range. Once you get the elements and wiring installed if you still have an issue, suspect the relay board on the back of the range, relay contacts don't react well to direct shorts to ground.

Answer Peter, You will want to check your relay board to make sure that the board is sending power to the elements. If the board has power to it but not sending 240 vac out to the elements then the relay board is bad and would need to be replaced.
