I have a Maytag Gemini and the large front right dual-element burner has the middle portion no longer working/heating (however outer portion does work when switch is turned on). The part number in the diagram is AP4100670, is this the correct dual element needed to purchase/replace?

The center of the main burner does not work...is this part all one piece? Too include the inner and outer burner? Also, how do I lift the stove top lid to replace the burner?
