I need a new broiler element, which you have. However, I need to attach it to the old reflector (since you do not have a reflector), but the old element is attached to the reflector with rivets. How can I attach the new element to the old reflector without using rivets?

Our oven is not cooking evenly. We replaced the bottom element two years ago. It still works well and gets very red. The top element gets warm but does not get red when on. Do you think my problem is the top element? Can it get warm but not hot thus causing my problem? If so is this the correct element for my oven?
