Broil element on stove burned out

My Repair & Advice
I ordered a replacement broiler element from AppliancePartsPros.com. I watched the on-line video on how to replace the broil element: this was very informative! The repair went fine, except that the broil element connector wires both retreated into the back of the stove, as was warned in the video. We then removed the back of the stove, which was very easy, and the connections to the broil element were then very easy from the back. I would suggest that the on-line video be revised to recommend taking off the back of the stove as the standard repair technique: it's much easier than trying to manipulate very short wires from the front.
