Answer Hello George. If the motor runs, but the auger does not turn, you will need to check and see if the yoke 63052-2 is cracked or stripped out on the unit.

I need this part (AP4069637) after "somebody" in our household used too much force putting the ice bin back in place causing the back wall of ice enclosure to break open where the auger comes through. Now the ice dispenser no longer works as there's now big hole in the enclosure where the auger assembly was supported.
